The Moon is an experimental sake bar located in Beijing, centered around the culture of sake while adapting it to a local context. By combining Japanese sake traditions with seasonal Chinese ingredients, it creates a new form of pairing experience for contemporary audiences.

The project redefines the act of drinking as a collective ritual. Through a flexible system that allows individual choice while maintaining shared participation, it builds a spatial and visual identity that balances personal experience with social connection.

The Moon 是一家位于北京的实验性清酒吧，以清酒文化为起点，同时融入本地语境。通过将日本清酒与中国当季食材结合，形成一种面向当代人群的全新搭配体验。

本项目将饮酒行为重新定义为一种集体仪式。通过一个兼顾个体选择与共同参与的系统，构建空间与视觉上的品牌身份，在个人体验与社交关系之间取得平衡。
