Houdini HIVE, IGNITE, and HUG are global community event platforms created under the Houdini ecosystem, bringing together artists, technical directors, designers, and digital creators across the fields of VFX, procedural design, motion graphics, and digital art.
As the events expanded internationally, the project aimed to move beyond isolated event visuals toward a more cohesive and scalable identity system. The design establishes a unified yet differentiated structure for the three sub-brands, balancing technical precision with creative energy while supporting flexible adaptation across different cities, event formats, merchandise, and large-scale environments.

随着活动逐渐在全球范围内扩展,项目希望突破传统单次活动视觉的局限,建立一套更具统一性与长期延展能力的品牌系统。在保持整体结构一致的基础上,为 HIVE、IGNITE 与 HUG 构建具有区分度的视觉身份,在技术感与创意表达之间取得平衡,并支持不同城市、活动形式、纪念品以及大型线下场景中的灵活应用。

The Moon Bar|饮月集

Client: The Moon Bar (Beijing, China)
The Moon is an experimental sake bar located in Beijing, centered around the culture of sake while adapting it to a local context. By combining Japanese sake traditions with seasonal Chinese ingredients, it creates a new form of pairing experience for contemporary audiences.
The project redefines the act of drinking as a collective ritual. Through a flexible system that allows individual choice while maintaining shared participation, it builds a spatial and visual identity that balances personal experience with social connection.

Kowloon City is a district shaped by continuous transformation, rooted in the legacy of the former Kowloon Walled City. Once defined by dense informal structures and complex social dynamics, its historical identity continues to influence the perception of the area today.
The project builds a visual system based on the intersection of past and present urban forms. By translating historical outlines into a contemporary graphic language, it reflects the ongoing evolution of the community, creating a framework that connects memory, diversity, and future growth.

九龙城是一个在持续变迁中形成的城市区域,其身份根植于九龙城寨的历史遗存。曾经由高密度结构与复杂社会关系构成的空间形态,至今仍影响着人们对该区域的认知。

Promni is a smart pet brand focused on overseas markets, developed alongside its product system. With both product and brand evolving in parallel, the project required a unified approach to align functionality, user experience, and identity.

Wing Heung Cafe is a long-standing cafe in Kowloon City, Hong Kong, established in 1959 and run across three generations. Originally serving factory workers in the To Kwa Wan area, it has evolved alongside the city while maintaining its traditional identity.
The project reinterprets the cafe’s cultural and visual elements, focusing on preserving its historical character while introducing a more contemporary dining experience. Through a renewed brand system, it connects past and present, supporting a broader and more flexible set of touchpoints.

永香冰室是一家位于香港九龙城的传统茶餐厅,创立于1959年,历经三代经营。最初服务于土瓜湾一带的工厂工人,随着城市发展不断演变和产业结构变化,其服务人群和经营范围逐渐发生转变。
本项目围绕其文化与视觉元素展开重构,在保留历史特征的同时引入更当代的用餐体验。通过更新的品牌系统连接过去与现在,支持更丰富且灵活的品牌触点。

Super Yacht Club is a yacht service provider based in Phuket, transitioning its primary market from China to Thailand. As the brand expanded locally, it required a clearer and more recognizable identity within a highly competitive tourism environment.
The project rebuilds the brand through typography and color as core elements. By introducing a more fluid typographic system and a distinctive warm red tone, it establishes a visual language that enhances differentiation while conveying energy and a contemporary travel experience.

本项目以字体与色彩为核心重建品牌视觉。通过引入更具流动感的字体系统与具有辨识度的暖红色调,建立了一套兼具差异性与活力的视觉语言,传达当代旅游体验的轻盈与能量。
